As 2015 approaches, I find myself thinking more and more about this blog. It’s been on my mind for over a year now, and here I am finally creating my first post. Before I get started, I want you to know a little more about me. First, I am an avid cat lover. I have four cats, each of which are precious to me. Second, I’m a total foodie. I love cooking and experimenting with new recipes. I also just got an ice cream maker, and I am so excited to put it to good use. Third, I love to travel. I’m currently working towards an International Studies major, and through my coursework I’ve been exposed to various cultures and practices around the world.
In February, I’ll be going to Germany for five months to study. While I’m there, I’ll be visiting France, Austria, Switzerland, and as many other countries as I can squeeze in. This is where Tall Girl Big World comes in. Through this blog, I’ll be showing you the best places to eat, visit, and experience while I’m abroad as well as my journeys in life in general.
With that said, I wish you all a happy new year and I look forward to sharing my life with you in 2015.
