I had the chance to go to a dinner hosted by a restaurant in Brooklyn called Rider. Their food is labeled as “new American,” and the menu is absolutely phenomenal. Sorry I couldn’t get more footage while I was out, but there were lots of amazing journalists there so I was too busy chatting with them to focus on filming. If you find yourself in Williamsburg, definitely check Rider out! It’s a touch pricey, but anything you order is bound to be amazing (trust me, we tried one of everything on the menu I think).
